Rates do not include tax. Seven night stay will receive 10% discount. $30 for each additional person per night. One night stays are to be paid in full at the time of reservation. All rates are subject to change without notice. All deposits are non-refundable. Check-in time is 2:30 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m. 5% cash discount. 5% Active Duty Military Discount. Only one discount applicable for stay. Lodging does not include private fishing.
Deposits And Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservations. Your deposit may be paid by credit card, cash or check. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All rates are per person as stated, any extra will be billed accordingly. Tax not included in any of the stated rates. One time pet fee of $35 per pet. A damage fee will be charged. No ATVs! X Diamond Ranch will not be held responsible for accidents or loss of property.
